Annual Bike Swap
Saturday – May 2, 2026
Gallatin Valley Bicycle Club (GVBC) is excited to welcome the community to their 2026 Bike Swap at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds on Saturday May 2.
This one day event offers a huge variety of consignment items: bikes for kids, adult mountain, road, gravel and commuter bikes, bike trailers, bike accessories, parts, tools, clothing and more! There will be bikes for all price points from recreational to high end competitive models.
Schedule
FRIDAY – MAY 1, 2026
4:00 – 7:00pm: Consignment Drop-Off. Bring items to the Fairgrounds. There is a $2 per item consignment fee.
SATURDAY – MAY 2, 2026
8:00am – 9:00am: GVBC Members Only Early Admission. Become a Member today!
9:00am – 11:45am: General Admission, browser and buy used bikes and accessories.
1:00pm – 2:30pm: Unsold items pickup. Items not picked up will be donated. We can’t hold unsold items.
Volunteer With Us!
Bike Swap volunteers are essential to the success of this event each year.
Volunteers enjoy early shopping access beginning at 7:30 AM, along with free food and drinks throughout the day. All volunteers also receive a special GVBC ball cap (if you don’t already have one).
Volunteers are required to be GVBC members for insurance purposes.
